1. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are completely free! If you pay by cash on delivery, then you have to pay a commission to the post office.

2. What are the payment methods?

You can pay by cash on delivery, credit card or with PayPal. For credit card and PayPal payments there is no extra cost, for cash on delivery you pay extra 1.99€.

3. What is the delivery time?

Orders are set to be delivered within 3 working days. But due to the current situation determined by Covid-19, for a safer and cheaper purchase we recommend that you pay by credit card or paypal.

4. Who is responsible for the delivery?

The package will be delivered to you by GLS courier. Before delivery, we will also notify you by email and SMS.

5. Can I return the product and get a refund?

Of course, return the product, and we will refund your money. We will transfer the amount to your bank account as soon as you return the item to us, but you must send it in original packaging.

6. What 100% Guarantee means?

If you are not satisfied, we will refund your money without questions!
